As a Business and Information Analyst at Royal De Heus, you will be responsible for standardizing the IT landscape, including ERP and other business applications, across all our business units worldwide. Do you have the drive to achieve this ambitious goal?

Royal De Heus operates in various regions, including Africa. Previously, individual business units used their own IT landscapes. A standard approach has been developed for this. This means one uniform IT landscape in terms of ERP and business applications. Your role is built on the following pillars:

  1. Inventory of current systems: Collecting and analyzing data on existing IT systems and processes in the various business units to gain a clear picture of the current situation.
  2. Identification of needs and bottlenecks: Identifying the specific needs and challenges of each business unit to ensure that the new standard meets operational requirements and challenges.
  3. Development and implementations of standards: Analyzing data to determine the necessary components for each business unit and overseeing the implementation and optimization of these components.
  4. User support: Providing functional applications and process support for long-term issues, with a focus on process optimization. Additionally, contributing to training, documentation, and writing work instructions for local users.

You will be working at the headquarters of Royal De Heus in Ede (NL), one of the largest family businesses in the Netherlands. We are an international company focused on animal feed, producing and supplying feed products for various animals including poultry, pigs, cattle, and pets. Globally, we have dozens of production locations. The Global IT department consists of about 40 colleagues. The department you will work in is new and will initially be developed by three colleagues, including you. Together, the focus is on a uniform IT landscape within Royal De Heus. To achieve this, you will travel to Africa multiple times a year. Proficiency in English is essential, and a good command of Dutch is an advantage in interactions with your Dutch colleagues.

  • Proven extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics365 Finance & Operations (F&O) is a must.
  • You are analytically strong and can efficiently analyze and optimize business processes.
  • You have process experience, such as order and procurement processes, as well as administrative and financial processes.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in this or a similar role.
  • Since you will often communicate with Dutch stakeholders and African users, excellent communication skills in speaking and writing are essential.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry is a big plus
