Site Reliability Engineer (AI startup)

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you are the driving force behind our infrastructure. You build and maintain on-premise systems, including cutting-edge hardware such as NVIDIA DGX B200 GPUs. Together with our compact team, you ensure everything runs as it should: stable, secure, and fast. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing on-premise servers and infrastructure
• Configuring and maintaining the Kubernetes cluster (GitOps approach)
• Ensuring secure and reliable storage and network solutions
• Continuously improving the stability, availability, and performance of the AI platform

• Salary between €5,000 and €7,000 gross per month 
• 30 vacation days 
• Hybrid work setup: 1–2 days per week from home

Our client is an AI startup focused on the healthcare sector. They relieve the pressure on healthcare professionals by reducing administrative burdens. You will be working on a proprietary AI solution that runs on in-house hardware.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience with Linux, networking, and on-premise storage solutions
• Nice to have: Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
• Nice to have: Familiarity with GPU management and GitOps tools such as FluxCD
