Network support engineer

As a Network Support Engineer you will join our client, and you will play a key role in managing and supporting global SASE and SD-WAN networks. You will provide high-quality technical support and actively contribute to optimization efforts. In this role, you will:

• Work closely with the NOC partner to streamline processes;
• Deliver excellent customer support;
• Analyze and resolve network issues;
• Continuously strive for process improvement and monitor key KPIs.

• A salary between €3,000 and €4,500, depending on experience;

Our client provides Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) solutions for international companies. The team consists of 25 employees of various nationalities, working together from their office in Amsterdam. Can you confidently answer the following questions?

• How does TCP/IP work?
• What is required to monitor an SD-WAN network?
• How does an IP address work, and what role does it play in a network?

• Excellent English communication skills;
• An interest in both network management and security solutions;
• At least a completed MBO 4 IT education (a bachelor’s degree is a plus)?
